Become a Michigan Real Estate Broker
The State of Michigan requires a mandatory 90 hours of Broker Pre-License courses before one can sit for the state exam. The Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS® is partnering with Career WebSchool to offer online real estate courses, including broker pre-license courses.
Graduate Realtors® Institute
GRI is an exciting program that provides practical real estate sales training for the novice or the veteran. The goal of the GRI program is to prepare Realtors® to provide more professional service to the public and to be rewarded through increased commission income.
Benefits of the GRI designation are numerous, including increased productivity, competency and income, while increasing your network of referrals.
Sales agents holding at least one Realtor® designation earn nearly double the income of that earned by those without any designation. The most recognizable Realtor® designation in the United States is the GRI.
Each 30 hour course counts as a part of the 90 hours of classes required to obtain a real estate Broker’s License.
