The BCAAR Affiliate of the Year Award recognizes a current affiliate partner who has made the greatest contribution of time, energy and resource to the Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS® over the past 12 months.  The honoree demonstrates a commitment to the real estate industry by providing exemplary service, participating in BCAAR events/activities, teaching continuing education courses and/or contributing monetarily to support association efforts.

The 2024 Affiliate of the Year Award will be presented at the February 15, 2024 General Membership Meeting.

The Selection Committee will review all nominations and score them based upon meeting the following criteria:

• Demonstration of a strong commitment to the real estate industry
• Member must be in good standing with the Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS®.
• Participation in BCAAR events and/or committee meetings
• The nominee must be an Affiliate member in a good standing of the Association
• Awards will be based on activity from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023
