Conference Rooms Rentals Available

We maintain and rent two conference rooms at our 7100 Tower Road, Battle Creek, Michigan, 49014, offices.
These rooms are available for public rental Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (First Come, First Serve)

Evening and weekend rates are available, but require advanced scheduling and a deposit.

Small Conference Room 

Amenities: , Dry Erase Marker board, Large Conference Table, Private Entry, Use of Small Kitchen Facilities.

Tech resources include: WIFI, Large HDTV DVD Player, Laptop

  • Weekday rates during Association business hours = $30 for 2 hour time slots
  • Evening Rates $50 for 2 hour time slots. Additional hours at $30 per hour. (Advanced approval required)*
  • Weekends $75 per 2 hour time slot. Additional hours at $40 per hour. (Advanced approval required)*

This room is available with the listed items at no additional charge. The room is the perfect size for small meetings and gatherings. This room is often booked by local attorneys for depositions and meetings with clients. It is also use as a food staging area when the larger conference room is in use. Restrooms and coat areas are located just a few feet away for convenience.  This room can be rented with or without use of the technology amenities.

 

Large Conference Room 

  • Weekday rates during Association business hours = $50 for 2 hour time slots
  • Evening Rates $100 for 2 hour time slots. Additional hours at $50 per hour. (Advanced approval required)*
  • Weekends $150 per 2 hour time slot. Additional hours at $75 per hour. (Advanced approval required)*

Amenities : Large Meetings, Private Entry, Lecture/Classroom Setup, Classroom with Tables Large Serving Area, Use of Small Kitchen Facilities.

Tech resources include: WIFI, Two Large HDTVs, Video Projector, DVD Player, Laptop

This room is available with the listed items at no additional charge. This room is used for our own board meetings and educational classes. It has been used for staff or condo owner meetings. The room is flexible and can be arranged in a number of different ways in order to meet your needs. This room can comfortably seat 40 people with a classroom set up.  It can serve for larger groups up to 80 without table seating.  You must contact us to make those arrangements so that we can assure that we can meet your needs. Restrooms and coat areas are located just a few feet away for convenience along with a small kitchen.

*Deposit required ($100 for weekdays/$150 for weekends)
